FAQs

1.What are the duty cycles (indicating how long each model can weld continuously before needing cooling) for both LW Mini and Lite?

For LW Mini: 26V/150A—60%, 24.6V/116A—100%;
For LW Lite: 28V/200A—60%, 26.1V/154A—100%.

2.What do we mean by "world first" welding power station?

LionWelder combines essential welding capabilities with AC power output in one single machine, making it ideal for efficient off-grid welding tasks.

"World's first" refers to the unique aspect of LionWelder Lite, which functions as an all-in-one power station. As you may have noticed, LionWelder actually comes in two models, each with its own distinct features.

3.Why is LionWelder Mini a better choice for off-grid welding?

While there are other battery-powered welders available, LionWelder Mini stands out with its excellent cost performance. It offers a higher duty cycle, larger welding current, and overall superior features at a lower cost. We believe you'll find it to be a great investment for your welding needs.

Little power house.

Great machine. Ran several different electrodes on this unit. 6011 3/32” & 1/8”, 7014 1/8”, 7018 3/32” & 1/8”, 308L 1/8”, 316L 1/8” and some 7024 1/8” rods. Ranging in amps from 70 to 152. I was able to run 44 rods on a single charge. Wish it came with longer leads but it fit the connectors for my other machines. Super happy with my purchase.
